digital detox
Hello. It's been a while.
While I was absent, I tried many things, so
I am going to write them little by little
and I am going to write them in English because I am learning it.
First,
I stared to try digial detox.
The reason is....
I always brought my smartphone to my workplace
and I checked it many times even I was working.
I knew it was not good, but I always waited for LINE from someone,
someone who I liked very much.
Of course, someone is "he".
However, he literally dropped me in April,
( just one day before my birthday!)
and I've come to this idea.
Now I leave my smartphone at home.
It is natural that I can now concentrate on my job and
I've found that it is also nice for my mental health.
I do no know if someone will read this blog.
but it is Okay. I'll write what I feel, think here.
