Digital detox 2
I used to put my smarphone at my bedside as an alarm.
It was not good for my sleep, I know,
as I always checked it when I got awake at night.
So, I've decided to put it away from my bedside. Instead, I bought an alarm clock.
It's changed my sleep dramatically.
Before, I often awake while sleeping.
Oh, 3 o'clock. Oh still 5 o'clock...
Now, I can sleep without waking up.
It's so good to wake up in the morning after nice and sweet sleep.
Digital detox... What a wonderful way to get a peaceful mind and body.
